Bina is one of the identical twins in the North family. She and her sister were adopted from New Deli. They both like gardening and "pretty things". They both clash with Otter and Eli Beardsley. On the sailboat, some water sprays on Otter's pants, and Bina teases him for peeing his pants. She is about 6 years old.
